We purchased a Citroen C3 2017 from Telfords 11 months ago. The team were friendly and communicated well throughout the sales process, and helped us trade in our old car at the same time. The reason I am writing this review is because our car suffered a fault a few weeks ago, and so we had it towed to Telfords for repairs. They could not have been more helpful and communicating every step. We've picked it up today and the car runs better than ever. Stellar stuff!

Hi everyone! Just wanted to mention the recent customer service I received from Telford's, and to thank Alan and his team for excellent service. I had been in the week before for my cars MOT, which took a little longer than anticipated and Alan kept me updated through to it's fruition. However due to this there had been no time for the usual aftercare on my car, and Alan arranged for next time I was up in Carlisle to drop my car off, and he would provide the aftercare. I was at an appointment in Carlisle the Monday after, dropped my car off, was given a rough time for collection and shortly after I picked up my shiny clean car!🕺🤗. Top people, top customer service thank you ☺️ Ps due to my being technologically useless whilst trying to post a new review I accidentally deleted my old review! Apologies. H🤗

Offered after sales but respected I didn't want anything and they have followed through to see if we're happy with the car. Did recommend to friend who also purchased a vehicle. Could do better by supplying a paper copy of the mot as not everyone has the resources to print one.

2nd hand Car purchases are always reliant on the honesty of the Seller. This Pensioner was really interested in a complete change of car style and purchased a Citroen C1. Alex Saunders salesman was really assuring, patient and customer focused, cup of coffee at hand, explaining the purchase process and good with my examination and my 2 test drives of the car. Really good to have 12 month Warranty rather than the average 3 months that other garage sellers give. A fault light appeared on my dash board which when inf garage two staff member swiftly informed me of why within minutes and it was so minor I just wasn't accustomed to this car. Happy customer. Feeling confident of any problems I encounter will be swiftly attended to. A good experience.

It hasn't needed much except routine servicing , but a couple of minor warranty repairs were done with no quibbles. The staff are friendly and helpful. A friendly relaxed approach to car buying. Although I didn't buy a car from Telfords, I have to leave a review. I felt very welcomed by Jack and as though nothing was too much trouble. I got my rather long list of potential cars down to just 3, so I was back here on a number of occasions, with a different question or wanting to view or test drive a different car to be certain I was buying a car I'd be happy with. I felt terrible to tell him I'd chosen a BMW over the DS7. For a friendly, relaxed approach to buying a car, I'd certainly recommend Telfords.
